Important financing notice. All credit-card, consumer-financing, pay-later, and lease-to-own programs shown here are offered, underwritten, serviced, approved, and governed solely by independent third-party providers. Treads Tire and Wheel LLC and its affiliates (collectively and hereinafter, “Treads”) are not a lender, creditor, card issuer, lessor, broker, guarantor, or agent of any provider.

Treads does not sponsor, endorse, recommend, rank, or favor any one program over another. We do not set or control approval criteria, credit inquiries, credit limits, interest rates or APRs, fees, payment schedules, promotional terms, lease costs, ownership options, late-payment policies, credit reporting, or availability, and we are not responsible for application decisions or the acts or omissions of any provider.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all application information, account agreements, disclosures, total costs, payment obligations, cancellation and return rules, and other provider terms before applying or accepting an offer. By selecting a program, the customer independently accepts that provider’s terms and remains responsible for complying with them. Subject to applicable law, the customer’s signed repair authorization, and the applicable provider agreements, the customer remains responsible for every amount due to Treads that a provider declines, fails to fund, reverses, charges back, or otherwise does not pay. A financing approval, authorization, or promise to pay is not payment to Treads. If a provider defaults or does not pay, the customer must provide another acceptable form of payment for any unpaid balance, except to the extent a written provider agreement or applicable law places that loss on Treads. Offers are subject to provider approval and may change or be unavailable. Nothing on this page is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Texas vehicle-repair lien notice. Under Texas Property Code § 70.001, Treads may retain possession of a vehicle it repairs until the amount due under the repair contract is paid. Except for the limited dishonored-payment circumstances described in § 70.001(b), the lien is released when Treads receives good and sufficient payment or relinquishes possession. Any right to regain possession under § 70.001(b) is subject to the signed-notice requirements in § 70.001(c). Nothing in this notice expands Treads’ rights beyond Texas law or the parties’ signed agreements.
